Regardless The Circumstances
On my phone. With lots going on. We must never make excuses for whwt we're striving to do.

My car had another issue but not a total breakdown. It got where it needed to go and really don't know how much longer I had with it. I'm thankful nothing worse happened.
Training is very similar to this. There will be days you're in pain. Days you aren't in pain but end in pain. There will be days you wipe out, not once, not twice, but maybe several times over. And, yes, you will keep going somehow. It'll actually make you stronger (well, in time).
It won't be perfect and you do need to assess how you proceed. You can't be all over the place and rushing through but you don't need to curl up and do nothing.
The trick is to remove the immediate reward in that moment. And possibly be prepared for the punishment (financial setback, physical pain, weaker training, etc). But you just keep doing it regardless the circumstances! And smile a little bit!
